Accommodations: Sixteen rooms and suites all with private bath.

Open: May - March. Closed two weeks in April and two weeks in November, re-opening before Thanksgiving.

Rates: Range from $120 - $350, which include full country breakfast, afternoon tea, non-alcoholic beverages and staff gratuities.  Be sure to visit our Specials/Packages page for current rates and deals.  Rates may be higher during Holidays and peak season (July - October 20th).  Rates subject to change without notice. There are two or three night minimums during some weekends, holidays and foliage weekends.

Confirmed Reservations: Reservations will be confirmed only upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit equal to one night's stay. Deposits are credited to your account on the last day of your stay. The deposits may be made by Visa, MasterCard or American Express or by mailing a check to the Inn. OUR CANCELLATION POLICY:  Reservations will be confirmed only upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit. If you must cancel, you may apply the $100 non-refundable deposit towards a future stay.  During our Peak Season (July & August Weekends, September 15 - October 31, and certain holidays -ask if you're not sure!) a non-refundable deposit equal to one nights stay is required.  There is no future credit  available for cancellation of Peak Season reservations. No-shows, early departures, or cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to arrival will be charged for the entire period reserved unless we are able to re-rent your room.  Deposits must be received within 7 days to hold your reservation.  Please inquire about special cancellation policies for groups and weddings.

Restrictions: The Inn is a non-smoking Inn. There is a minimum $500 cleaning and recapture fee assessed for anyone smoking in the guest rooms or public areas. Smoking is permitted outside, on the front porch or pub patio. 

Pets: We accept well-behaved dogs on a space available basis. There is  a $15 per day, per pet charge. A security deposit may be asked.  Pets should remain in a crate/kennel while in the room and may not be left unaccompanied in the guest rooms if the owners are off the Inn property. There are kennels nearby for short-term boarding if your pet will not be accompanying you while hiking, skiing, shopping, etc.

Dining: A full country breakfast is included in all rates. Of course, our guest may also dine in the Dining Room for a truly gourmet experience, or enjoy casual dining in our authentic New England Pub.  Dinner is offered Tuesday through Saturday evenings, Summer through Fall, and Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings from Mid-October through Mid-June.

Gratuities: Staff gratuities are included in the rates. However, if you find the service exceptional you are welcome to reward the appropriate staff member individually as you deem fit.  If you charge food or drinks to your room, a 15% gratuity is added to those charges only.
